By accessing or using Tavolo Plus you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Italian law.
Tavolo Plus is a digital loyalty stamp-card platform that connects restaurant partners with their customers. Customers collect digital stamps; restaurants create and manage loyalty offers.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable. • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information. • Honor all rewards promised to customers who complete a stamp card. • Comply with applicable consumer protection and food safety laws. • Execute a Data Processing Agreement with Tavolo Plus where required under GDPR.
You must not: • Circumvent stamp-issuance rules or collect stamps fraudulently. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. • Share QR codes or stamp tokens outside their intended context. • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. • Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform.
• Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required. • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. • Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds. • In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions. All content, trademarks, and software comprising Tavolo Plus are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stamp and reward data will be retained indefinitely. We are not responsible for the quality of goods or services offered by restaurant partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you to Tavolo Plus in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You also retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
