First check with the restaurant — they may need to confirm the scan in their partner app. If they confirm and the stamp still isn't showing after a minute, email us with the restaurant name and the time of the visit.
Each restaurant sets a target — for example "buy 9 pizzas, get 1 free". Once your stamp card is full, the app generates a 6-digit code. Show that code at the restaurant to claim your reward.
Codes are valid for a limited time so they can't be intercepted. Open the rewards tab and tap the card again to generate a new code.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?". We'll email you a 6-digit code to reset it.
Open the Profile tab and tap your name. Email and phone changes are coming in a future update — for now, write to [email protected].
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, then restart the app. If the problem continues, email us with your phone model and what you were doing when it happened.
